Training week - 14-07-08

After resting for a while due to my shoulder injury, I am now back in training. One of the main areas I'll be working on is strength & conditioning - Breaks open the spratan workout.

Plus - Although Ive had some time of training, I have not been lazy, and studied one of my favourite positions, the OMAPLATA. I had so much success with this move in the Europeans, I decided to really knuckle down on this position once again, so expect lots of information on the omaplata.
